One of my favorite things about Chicago is when the snow starts to melt away and I see the bright sun shining onto my newly green lawn. It means that spring time is on its way and glorious 60 and 70 degree nights are all too close…which also means fabulous dinner parties on our patio are on the way.
I live for these parties. Endless nights on my patio filled with laughter, delicious food and a plethora of friends.
Since I am currently an incubator…aka…pregnant I instead sip on lemon sparkling water. But I have finally realized…pregnancy enough is enough… I deserve a fancy mocktail.
One of my favorite flavors to combine is peaches with sparkling water. It just brightens everything up and makes everything taste summer fresh! Sadly the Sparkling Bellini Mocktails I have tasted have always been too sweet, leaving my teeth aching and my thirst unquenched.
So when hubs and I planned our first patio party of the year when we saw the temperatures in Chicago were going to reach a whopping 78 degrees, I knew that both myself and some of my other preggo friends would appreciate a delicious mocktail: enter my unsweetened Honest® Tea Sparkling Bellini Mocktail.
I have been a long time fan of Honest® Tea. I tried them years ago when I was looking for a beverage that was pleasant yet not loaded with sugars. Unfortunately, when Honest® Tea first came out it was hard for me to find it. But recently Mariano’s, my fave local grocery stores, started carrying ALL of the Honest® Tea flavors!!! Organic and Fair Trade in all their glory, they are full of bright flavors with none of the added sugar! Most importantly Honest® Tea are brewed with real tea leaves, just like just like I use at home when making my iced tea at home. Most importantly this particular Honest® Tea Peach Ginger flavor would make the perfect compliment for my Sparkling Bellini Mocktail!
Peaches are just starting to come into the grocery stores right about now and few of them are flavorful enough to actually make my Sparkling Bellini Mocktail wonderful in all their glory. So I opted for frozen peaches because they are readily available all year round and because they double up as ice cubes in the mocktails!!!
You can make a pitcher of these Bellini Mocktails or you can make them one by one as I did! Just add in some frozen peaches, pour in your Honest® Tea and then add in some peach sparkling water. Garnish with some mint leaves and you have yourself one perfectly gorgeous Bellini Mocktail!
Once everyone arrived at our patio party… these gorgeous beverages to my preggo friends as well as to myself. The peaches were just sweet enough to balance out the unsweetened but super flavorful Peach Ginger Honest® Tea and the sparkling water made everything feel fancy!
We laughed.. we drank and we ate. I say my Bellini Mocktail with this Peach Ginger Honest® Tea was perfection. Naturally everyone asked for the recipe and I of course told them to stay tuned to the blog for my recipe 🙂

Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen peaches
- 2 cups Peach Ginger Honest® Tea
- 2 cups Sparkling Peach Soda (unsweetened)
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the mint in a pitcher and stir well.
