Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats

Breakfast will never be forgotten again with these Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats! Full of fiber, protein and pure deliciousness, this is one breakfast that the whole family will enjoy.


  • 1 cup rolled oats or instant oats
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 a cup vanilla soy yogurt (feel free to use coconut, almond of Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam (I prefer my babushka’s)
  • berries to garnish
  • nuts to garnish
  • extra peanut butter to garnish
  • extra jam to garnish


  1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, jam and peanut butter to a mason jar or tupperware container.
  2. Mix everything up and place into the fridge overnight or for 6-8 hours.
  3. Place a tablespoon of peanut butter in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  4. Drizzle melted peanut butter on top along with another tablespoon of jam before serving.
  5. Top with nuts and berries and enjoy!
  6. This can be enjoyed either warm or cold! It’s always delicious!
