Description
This super tender and flavorful baked honey mustard chicken thighs are made with my signature Restaurant Style Honey Mustard Dressing and nothing else except a hot oven! The dressing makes for an incredible sauce that glazes over the chicken perfectly!

Restaurant Style Honey Mustard Dressing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup whole grain or coarsely ground mustard
- 1.5 tsp garlic (finely minced)
- 1.5 tsp lemon juice
Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs
- 2.5 pounds Chicken Thighs (Bone in, skin on)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Restaurant Style Honey Mustard Dressing
- Combine all the ingredients in a jar or a bowl.
Baked Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs
- Pre-heat oven to 450-degrees
- Place the chicken thighs onto the pan and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing onto the chicken and place into the oven SKIN SIDE UP for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes has passed, baste the chicken with the dressing that is at the bottom of the pan.
- Bake until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160-degrees F or until the juices run clear.
- Let rest for five minutes and serve.
