Description
A quick and creamy healthy oatmeal recipe, full of flavor and low on sugar.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup Instant Steel Cut Oats
- 3 medium sized strawberries (de-stemmed and sliced thinly)
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 stevia packet or any other sweet additive (honey, sugar, etc)
- 3 tbsp whole milk (almond milk or coconut milk.)
Instructions
- Combine everything in a microwave safe container
- Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high (may need to adjust time depending on strength of microwave)
- Remove CAREFULLY as it will be very hot, stir and let stand for 5 minutes until cool enough to eat.
