Quick Strawberries and Cream Healthy Oatmeal

A quick and creamy healthy oatmeal recipe, full of flavor and low on sugar.

  • 1/4 cup Instant Steel Cut Oats
  • 3 medium sized strawberries de-stemmed and sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 stevia packet or any other sweet additive honey, sugar, etc
  • 3 tbsp whole milk almond milk or coconut milk.


  • Combine everything in a microwave safe container
  • Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high (may need to adjust time depending on strength of microwave)
  • Remove CAREFULLY as it will be very hot, stir and let stand for 5 minutes until cool enough to eat.
