Quick Strawberries and Cream Healthy Oatmeal
A quick and creamy healthy oatmeal recipe, full of flavor and low on sugar.

Total Time 5 minutes
- 1/4 cup Instant Steel Cut Oats
- 3 medium sized strawberries de-stemmed and sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 stevia packet or any other sweet additive honey, sugar, etc
- 3 tbsp whole milk almond milk or coconut milk.
Combine everything in a microwave safe container
Heat in microwave for 2 minutes on high (may need to adjust time depending on strength of microwave)
Remove CAREFULLY as it will be very hot, stir and let stand for 5 minutes until cool enough to eat.
